Trail : Oxbow Trail

Trail Rating : Good, trail.

Description : The trail starts as a paved trail behind the visitors center. After you cross the road in bout 1/2 mile, you have a single track dirt trail. Following the Oxbow Trail signs you run along the river, looping in and out of the 'oxbows'. Continue to follow the trail through the Oxbbow Overlook. Bear to the right when the trail forks, this beside the river. The trail becomes more difficult to follow after about a mile, but you continue through the park maintenance area and will rejoin the trail to the left off of the paved road.
